Determine if your flowers will be dropped off to us or shipped. We are located in Hattiesburg, Mississippi. We do accept local drop-off's. Email us to see if your date is available for a drop off! If shipping, please follow our Shipping Instructions to ensure your flowers arrive to us in their best condition.

Reach out when you are ready to book. We are available through our website chat box and via email at birdscanvas@gmail.com. Deposit required at booking.

When we receive your flowers, we will begin our drying process. We will photo flowers and inclusions upon arrival. This is the last chance to order anything with pressed or flat flowers.

Your flowers will spend 4-8 weeks in the drying process. Once your flowers have been appropriately dried, we will send you a photo of the drying results and confirm your order.

Shortly after your order is confirmed, we will send you a photo of the layout we have in mind for your flowers. You can approve or alter your design at this point. Layouts are reserved for large pieces and cannot be provided for small items and add on's. Once approved we will move on to casting.

Bird's Canvas offers color enhancement and floral recreation in the event you are not satisfied with some or all of your flowers prior to the casting process. We offer color correction for flowers that have discolored naturally to get them as close to their original color as possible. We also use local florists to acquire replacement flowers upon request.

Once the casting process is complete and your items have fully cured, we will polish and package up your items to be returned to you. Pick up and Shipping options available. We do not recommend shipping Shadowboxes and large framed pieces.

At Bird's Canvas, we prioritize client satisfaction and aim to provide an exceptional experience. We encourage our clients to promptly reach out to us in the event of any potential concernse, issues, or inquiries regarding our products or services. We believe that open communication is key and we appreciate the opportunity to rectify any situations promptly.

Please note that due to the personalized nature of our custom-made pieces, we do not offer refund or returns on any completed products. Since each piece is uniquely created based on the flowers provided by the client, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds once the preservation process has commenced. However, we assure you that our team will make very effort to ensure your satisfaction throughout the preservation process.

Cancelling your order due to unforeseen circumstances is understandable, but understand that all deposits are non-refundable. Once Bird's Canvas has received your flowers, we cannot offer any refund as our preservation process begins at the moment we receive your flowers. Flowers received, but in poor condition will be offered color enhancement as an optional additional charge.

Our preservation process requires careful attention to detail, and therefore, completion of our custom-made pieces typically takes an average of 4-8 months from the date we receive your flowers. We recognize the excitement and anticipation surrounding your order, and we appreciate your patience during this time. Please understand that variations in preservation requirements, order volume, and unforeseen circumstances may contribute to delays. In such cases, we encourage you to reach out.
